Nice place

We enjoyed the conforts and the sceneries. The WiFi coverage was marginal and the gas burners run hot. Otherwise, it was very enjoyable.

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans l'appartement. Il est confortable et très agréable avec sa vue sur les carpes Koï. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas plus d'ouverture.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement très propre et bien aménagé. L’environnement est calme et la proximité d’Annecy est un vrai plus. À noter qu’il n’y a pas d’ouverture dans les chambres pour aérer, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé plus que ça. Merci aux hôtes pour la petite attention à notre arrivée !

Achtung nicht mieten !! Treppenaufgang zur Wohnung lebensgefährlich. Keine Möglichkeit, ein Fenster zu öffnen, nur anzukippen im Wohnzimmer. Schlafzimmer, Bad und Toilette winzig klein und ohne Fenster. Ausblick auf einen Baum, insgesamt sehr dunkel. Zusammenfassung: diese Wohnung ist eine Zumutung!

Location très bien située, propre, fonctionnelle, bien équipée et jolie. Quelques bémols quand même : une seule fenêtre donc pas d'aération possible (les chambres sont aveugles), pas d'extérieur pour les locataires et escalier d'accès très raide. La région étant topissime, on a passé un max de temps à la découvrir !
