"Well received on arrival. Very warm personalised touch by service staff. Excellent grooming by there GM. Food was good. Always ready to serve as per your choice. Mr Shailendr GM pays attention to every small things. It was pleasure interacting with him. E cart named tuk-tuk was ever ready to transport guest any where in this huge property. "-Swimming pool is poorly maintained. My kid got hurt with something very sharp inside swimming pool. Water was very dirty. - Person who is incharge of Safari, was charging too much higher charges than government approved rates over there. We ask him to cancel our tickets once we get to know that rates are higher. He asked for 3000 rupees towards the cancellation charges. "Beautiful property inside the forest overlooking a water body. Lot of bird sighting and we were told one of the male tiger was sighted the previous day. We did hear the tiger roar during the night but unfortunately did not sight one during our stay. Given the fact this is inside the forest and due to its limitations the service was excellent. Food is good and sourced from a restaurant close by. We had ordered the local cuisine and it was spicy as per our expectations. The only big drawback was...

"The property is good. However, we didn't get the rooms we booked for. We had reserved super deluxe rooms however on check-in the staff told us that's not possible and mentioned that they did not receive the booking in time from Expedia. Since we paid for super deluxe rooms, not sure how same is gonna be accomodated for the price difference. The food has been great till now, however customer service has been ok. "Overall good experience. Serious issues with availability of hot water. One can consider that it was not available. Heard others complaining too. You may consider it was not available during my two nights stay. One does not expect this when you are being charged 8400/-for a room."
