Tiny Cabin Village | Private Hot Tub | Lynda Cabin

Lynda Cabin at Wauhatchie Woodlands is a cozy, tiny cabin located just 5 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. It offers access to a private hot tub, a furnished back deck, and a covered front deck with a charcoal grill. In addition, there is a shared fire pit for you to enjoy during your stay. The natural surroundings are incredibly charming and memorable. With a main bedroom and a sleeping loft, Lynda can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.

Chattanooga is a city known for its railroads. There are active train tracks that border the property to the north and I-24 is about half a mile away. Please note that light sleepers may be affected by the ambient city and train noise. Each cabin has been equipped with a white noise machine to help minimize any disturbance. Please see the map to find your cabins proximity to the railroad.

Nice getaway

We had a great time staying in Wauhatchie Woodlands. The cabin was the perfect size for our group. Very clean and had everything we needed. And the hot tub - we enjoyed that the most!

Cute little cabin

My husband and I were in town for 70.3 ironman. I wish we had more time to stay! The area was beautiful and our cabin had everything we needed. It was cute, comfy and clean. Would definitely like to come back and stay again!

Perfect city getaway

Short jump to the city but far enough away to be away from it all! The trains I read about were not such a factor for me. Hot tub was fantastic. Will definitely stay again!!

Convenient tiny home

This spot was nestled in the woods and convenient to all Chattanooga attractions. The cabin was new and had all the comforts of home. We were even able to bring our pet.

Little oasis

We absolutely loved our stay! Community was so clean and the perfect area for a short vacation. Very quiet and relaxing. Our son loved being able to walk around and adventure without us worrying about cars flying through. He loved seeing the train. It was a wonderful hidden spot and we can’t wait to come back.

Delightful Stay Close to Everything

My two college-aged daughters and I spent a weekend in Chattanooga using the cabin as our home base. It was super clean, well appointed and everything we needed. Only note is that one of my daughters is almost 6' tall and she couldn't stay in the loft area because it's very short.

Chattanooga's Best

This place is nestled in the center of everything. You are literally a 10 min drive from any attraction or downtown Chattanooga. But it does not feel like that, completely private and serene. We will definitely be back!

Perfect cabin retreat with all the amenities

The Lynda cabin was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Our 8 year old loved the loft and the beds were comfortable. Loved that the cabin had a washer, dryer and dishwasher. Good water pressure and hot shower. Internet and tv all worked great. Location is 5 minutes from Ruby Falls and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Train was not disruptive for us. Would stay again!

Fun Spring break

Lynda cabin was a good place to call home for the week. We had two adults and two teens and felt like the space was ample for us. Our dog came with too and there was plenty of room for him too. The train didn't seem as loud as we expected at night. Loved the white noise maker. Used the hot tub each day and enjoyed playing board games on the deck. Communication with the host was quick as well. We didn't have any issues during our stay but any questions we had were quickly answered. My only thing I would suggest is better marking of trails. We didn't really find the trails on the map of the grounds. The teenagers did manage to get to the creek to enjoy fishing all week but it wasn't the most accessable. This overall didn't cause any issue with our rating though. Thank you for providing a great spot for the week to explore Chattanooga and the area.

This tiny cabin had everything we needed and more for a weekednd getaway. Everything was clean and well cared for. The property is beautiful. My kids especially had a blast here. We can't wait to come back!
