Room was dirty multiple broken tiles in bathroom no coffee maker worse thing was we booked king bed and then when we arrived 20 minutes later told no kings but they would upgrade us to dbl queen for no charge I don’t consider queen bed an upgrade price in Expedia was the same I find this to be a bait and switch

This property is the nastiest place I have ever stayed in and they do not care. Bugs everywhere. Dirty in every spot of the bathroom and walls. The shower curtain smelled like mold. The air unit had something smeared all over it. The property manager is the rudest woman I have ever dealt with. They are very aware of their mold and impossible living conditions and do not care to fix it. Do not stay here.

The property was poorly maintained. Hairdryer missing in the room, roughly patched walls, 2 live roaches, missing toilet paper holder. The blankets looked dirty. The toilet didn’t flush. The breakfast was minimal. Cold decaf coffee at 7 am in the morning. Outside the bedroom window was full of trash where homeless were probably living.

This property is Very Very Horrible! My Hotel is infested with Roaches! I was in a bind late night and the funds were already tied up online in this Hotel... Otherwise I would have definitely had to leave! I really don't understand how they're in business with the Roach Infestation. Had to transfer from one room to the next still the same thing and the other room did not have a toilet seat and I was told that none was available because that was the last room available...... I'm requesting a Refund! Also I definitely need to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau..

plumbing issues water from upstairs bathroom leaking down into the bathroom in the room i was in ... roaches, bed bugs seem like a shelter for the homeless. had to checkout and go to another hotel. wouldn't care if it was 20 dollars a night i would never stay at this hotel again.

Worst hotel in the U.S.!
I've spent the night in all 50 states, and this is easily the worst hotel I've stayed at in America! The marijuana smell constantly saturating the main hallway and seeping into the rooms, the lack of heating in my room in particular, the lack of basic amenities like soap, shampoo, and a trash can, and the stains all over my room made it simply disgusting!

Place is a dump rooms are falling apart .I asked for a ground floor being disabled they only had 2nd flloor.I didnt stay after seeing how run down the room was nasty.They gave the first floor rooms to young abled persons.They should have been on the second floor.Save some rooms on the first floor for the disabled

We have been trying to get our refund since October 20th the hotel is the nastiest i have ever been in the rooms were not clean bugs an stains an smells everywhere the room an microwave an bathroom looked like it hasnt been cleaned in weeks or months it was that nasty an the manger is never there or if they are i never can speak to them they were suppose to give refund when we left that day still waiting for it finally had someone there tell us it was sent on 11/27/23 guess what hotel lines busy todsy cant get threw an still no refund plz do not stay here unless you want some type of bed bugs an something ajax cant clean off!!!

Caution is key
This is a much older Super 8. I request a different room after the first night. The floors are old and dirty looking. The carpet was nasty. I wouldn’t go without shoes on. A spider across the bathroom floor. 2nd room was doable. A couple bugs. Bathroom floor looked much better. Staff was very friendly. Pool only open on the weekend. Breakfast was waffles and stale muffins. Check room before staying in it.

Well I stayed two nights the second night I need a clean towels and wash rags so I can take a shower and they didn't have none and this was like 7:30 8:00 the next day when I went down there to ask for some clean towels and wash rags then not to mention roaches were in the room not like 1 r 2 every time you turn the light on you will see about 5 to 10

Hank at the front desk was very helpful at check in and assisted with a special accommodation. The rooms are basic. The indoor pool is a bonus as well as a small breakfast offering. All items in the room worked well and the stay was decent for a weekend. For a value hotel, this experience has been worth it and I am glad I chose this location over others in Chattanooga.

Horrifying. DO NOT STAY HERE. First room they gave us, the floor was sticky and covered in unidentifiable stains, and the room had a strong odor of human urine. We asked for a different room, hoping the first one was a fluke. No. The second room smelled slightly better the first, but we were met at the door by a German cockroach, completely unfazed by our entrance. In the case of cockroaches, when you see one, you DON'T see the thousands hiding in the walls. We left immediately. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Oh my god I have never seen such a roach infestation in my life! I’ve stayed in some raunchy motels before but this takes the cake that entire motel needs to be shut down for about a week and roach foggers need to be set off in EVERY room! I wasn’t there but for just a few hours to visit a friend who needed a place to spend the night and as I was leaving,there were roaches crawling on the floor in the hallway outside our room! I was stepping on them.There were also roaches in the bathroom of our room! The guy at the desk was very helpful so no negative there but oh my god the level of roach infestation was staggering!

They insisted on making a copy of my driver’s license before checking in. The room was filthy, trash not emptied, the bedspread and sheets were washed but stained. There was a cockroach in the room, the curtain was torn and barely hung on the window, the heater/air conditioner smelled and hardly worked. Bugs were coming out of the bathroom sink. It was a very uncomfortable night and hard to sleep in that room, will never stay here or any other Super 8 again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!! 3 roaches in sink in bathroom as soon as we walked into the room. Black marks on the pillow cases. Run down AC unit looked dingy and like it was from the 70s. Chair was dingy and curtains had dingy stains. Burn hole in the sheet. We were supposed to have a king size bed through Expedia but got there to double beds. Disgusting place.

This place is a dump!
It was Horrible. Holes in sheets... No blanket or comforter... Bottom of bed havr dirt and stains and you can tell it hasn't been changed in a long time... Burns on carpet...roaches everywhere in restroom... And very bad odor!! Walls stained up ... Paper stuck to table because it was sticky. Never have i ever had to experience this. I booked in advanced 2 different weekends and couldn't get my money back for the room i paid for in advance online.

Did not stay! Tried to get someone so I could get my money back last night but your computer voice just stopped, said it was going to get me to someone who could help me never happened.??????? That place is as disgusting! No elevator, had to carry my luggage up the stair. Bed worms under the mattress with yellow and brown stains. Mold around the baseboard in the room. Bathtub was damaged with black areas.

Awful experience. Front desk dude lacks of empathy and service. We enter the room and there was no light but cockroaches behind the door, terrible cigarette stench and stained bed sheets. Disgusting.
