The property was located in a prime like location, the property is clean and the building is very nice. The only issue with the property is that the parking is not onsite despite the building having a parking garage.

This property is very nice and I would consider staying again but BEWARE I was duped by Expedia quoting me one price with the fine print saying the hotel will add some fees. Well, those fees turned out to triple the price. I have used Expedia for a long time and have not had this happen.

Modern to the max

Spent one night as friends had another unit in the building and we came along at the last minute. Ours kids were thrilled as the 2 bed / 2 bath is huge and very modern. We were able to walk to dinner and other activities. The lounge on the 4th floor had games they could play and the outdoor space was nice too. The beds were comfortable and the whole place was very clean. My only improvements would be more towels and a tissue box or two.

Bad customer service

A nice enough stay marred by poor customer service. The apartment was nice enough, but because there is no daily room service you have to rely on the washer and dryer in the unit for clean towells and wash clothes each day. Only four sets of towels/wash cloths were provided, so we barely had enough for one day for our family. That would have been fine if the washer had worked properly, but it began making loud banging and grinding sounds on our second day so we had to turn it off mid-cycle. I chatted with Stay Alfred customer service and requested service on the washer and 8 sets of towels/wash cloths for the remainder of our stay. We returned the next evening to four towels (no wash cloths) thrown in the hallway outside our door and a note that the washer couldnt be serviced because it wasn't empty (it wasnt empty because it was broke). I then called and requested additional towels and wash cloths, but they never came and the lady I spoke to seemed put out by the request, even questioning why we needed so many. Overall the stay would have been ok, but customer service was very lacking.

Windowless bedroom, great location

One of the two bedrooms did not have a window! Temperature very different between the two bedrooms. Had to call for help twice to leave keys in thr key cafe and then was told not to use key cafe. Great location with beautiful view, nice decor.

Great location! Extremely clean 2 bedroom apartment. It was the perfect amount of space for a family of 4. When we come back to Chattanooga we will definitely stay here again!

Spacious, stylish, clean, well equipped apartment, perfect for short or long term stay. Signing up/checking in is VERY complicated, requiring web signup, downloading an app, going through a complex and poorly explained sequence, shooting and uploading a video of yourself, searching through many cutesy texts and emails and logging in again for the access codes just to get in. Three different code number sequences must be entered to get from the sidewalk to the apartment. The wifi never worked. After about 48 hours I was given alternative login. Great concept, poorly executed. No management on site. Any problems you must call a number and talk with someone far away who may or may not be able to help.

The best part of this place is the location. It’s walking distance or a short drive from just about anything you could want out of Chattanooga. It was also super clean and comfortable, and the full kitchen was really convenient. We’ll be going back!

We planned a few nights in Chattanooga and decided on Stay Alfred for the good reviews and the full kitchen as we wanted to make meals. We were blown away on how clean and nice everything was. The location was close to everything such as the aquarium and restaurants.

Good location, sleek and modern apartment, easy check in. Parking was a bit inconvenient and also $10/night. Floors were sticky, but apartment was otherwise pretty clean. Couldn't get the WiFi to work despite following the instructions provided. Still enjoyed the place, still a decent value.

Great apartment right down town

Loved staying here! The place was extremely clean, new and it was great being right downtown with easy access to everything. Couldn't have asked for anything more out of our stay here. The balcony was nice to have as well.

Very clean and very roomy! Will definitely stay here again. Make sure to read your instructions for check in. It is not a hotel to check in with people. You have to read the instructions on check in and how to get your keys. I felt like I was on the Amazing Race!

Awesome hotels of the future

The only issues I had was parking. They had a parking garage in the back of the building but you had to walk around the garage to find the correct door to get into the building. Then when we checked out and returned the keys, we no longer had the swipe badge to work to get us to the lower floor for the parking garage. We only could only get to the first floor and walk around to the garage and up the ramp to our car to get out. The apartment had everything we could ask for. We were able to cook and do laundry. The room was clean and comfortable. Would love to stay somewhere like this again in the future.

The location was perfect. The room was clean and had all nessecary amenities. The view from the room was spectacular. The front door to the room did not lock securely. The Guest WiFI did not work. The shower head was positioned very low.
