  • Cute and cozy newly-renovated duplex located in the heart of St. Elmo! This is a perfect place to stay during a fun trip to Chattanooga. Enjoy Chattanooga's many activities-- outdoor sports, museums, shopping, and local eateries. Lots of parking makes our home accessible. Explore this up-and-coming town during a delightful stay at the St. Elmo Haven!
    There are 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds, 1 bathroom with a tub/shower combo, functional, well stocked kitchen, and a living room suitable for up to four guests. We have limited parking available. No more than two cars are allow. Do not block shared driveways or any other garage door other than yours. Located steps away from the St. Elmo Playground and the Chattanooga Riverwalk.
    You will have the entire space to yourself with access to a full sized washer and dryer in the basement.
    We do allow up to 2 dogs, for an additional non refundable pet fee of $100. Additional fees will occur for any damage caused by dogs.
    We're always on call to answer questions and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our daughter-in-law, Erin, also helps us co-host, so you'll likely be in contact with her throughout your planning and stay.
    Please know that St. Elmo is full of historic homes, some beautifully restored but with many still in transition. The majority of our guests enjoy the charm and diversity of the area, yet we also know that it is an urban neighborhood, not for everyone. We also want to note that our home is on the main road in St Elmo, St. Elmo Avenue, busy at times. Enjoy and explore this up-and-coming town during a delightful stay at the St. Elmo Haven!
    Our home is a quick 5-10 minutes from many Downtown attractions: the Incline Railway, Rock City, Point Park, Ruby Falls, the River Walk, and more. Enjoy nearby access to hiking and biking trails. Or take a short walk over to St Elmo Playground and picnic area. There is also a Food City grocery store 5 minutes from the house.
    We only have one TV centrally located in the living room. You can enjoy watching basic TV channels, or log in to your personal streaming services on our smart TV.
    We have limited parking available. No more than two cars are allow. Do not block shared driveways or any other garage door other than yours.
    Due to insurance purposes, an additional fine, up to a $1,000 for cleaning, will occur if any evidence of smoking is found on the property.

Host was very easy to work with. House was in a nice neighborhood. Traffic was heavy, but bedrooms are in back so you dont even notice. We had everything we needed at this house. Perfect location in proximity to our softball tournament. Close to Ruby Falls, Incline Railway, Lookout Mtn and Great Falls.

Perfect location for Ironman 70.3

This property was a great location! Turns out it’s on the bike course for the Ironman 70.3 so my family and friends were able to cheer me on right from the front yard. Also super close to see rock city and lookout Mtn. Owners were very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was easy to find and a perfect location for our visit. Minor issue (unit not cleaned at arrival) was promptly resolved by property manager. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again next year.

The house is situated on a busy road; however, road noise was not a problem at any point. The area was quiet and felt safe. My daughter loved the community park directly across the street. The house is very convenient to Lookout Mountain area/Incline Railway.

Wonderful home, super close to all the action

First of all, I loved how welcoming the property was. Having private parking is also a plus. My fur babies were very happy here too. The beds were soft, the shower was hot, and everything was like 5-10 minutes away with the option to take a bus if I didn't want to drive. 10 out of 10, I'd stay here forever

Best place to stay!

We stayed for a softball tournament in Chattanooga. This was, in my opinion, the BEST location to stay in all of the Chattanooga area! The neighborhood is so cute, with older homes with personality all being restored. It’s minutes away from eating and activities. There’s a park across the street that’s great for younger kids and pets. The home was quaint and very inviting. I would 100% stay here again!

Visiting family in St. Elmo

Location was perfect. We love the area. Loved listening to the children playing across the street in the park. The person living in the other side of duplex was very quiet. My only recommendation would be to update some of the pots and pans in the kitchen. The beds were very comfy. I would return back to this duplex if my family decides to continue to live in the area.

Just the basics - but quite nice

The property was quite convenient to Lookout Mountain and its activities, also to the downtown area. Even though it is 'pet friendly' it had no pet odor and I was quite comfortable there. (I don't have pets). Wi-fi was great. Needs a bigger coffee pot, but that is a minor detail.

Fantastic Location. Comfortable amenities

We had a lovely stay in St. Elmo. The location is right across the street from a playground which was amazing for our 8 mo old. We brought a pack and play which fit comfortably in the back bedroom. The beds were comfortable and there was additional blankets and pillows. The kitchen had the essentials and the property manager was extremely responsive with concerns and questions. There were some minor cleanliness issues which were addressed. Overall a wonderful place for families or couples to get away. Very close to ruby falls, rock city, and hiking. 15 minutes from downtown!
