THE CONDO

This condo is a new downtown oasis!!! Designed and furnished to give our guests a modern and luxurious experience while also capturing the comforting feeling you can only get from being in a family home. Everything you could want downtown Chattanooga is at your finger tips. The Aquarium, The River Walk, Restaurants, Bars, Coolidge Park and much much more are within minutes reach. You will also have access to our Pool, Gym and Clubhouse!!!

I live close by and can be available by phone or in person quickly if needed. Providing excellent service and an amazing experience for our guests is our highest priority.

This property is located is a safe trendy area on Riverfront Pkwy. It is close to everything downtown Chattanooga! The Aquarium, The River Walk, Museums, Great Restaurants, Bars, Parks, The Chattanooga Riverboat and so much more!!!
A brand new restaurant "Parkway Pour House" just opened directly across the street and one of Chattanooga's best riverfront restaurants Scotties on the River just opened as well with an Incredible River View Patio. It does not get better than this!!!

The entire condo except for a locked storage closet off of the kitchen.

Here are some details on this beautiful getaway:

SMART HOME
This unit is equipped with smart features including smart locks, smart thermostats and smart TV's. High Speed internet is provided and though some will enjoy these features they are not required to use if you choose.

MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom has an extremely comfortable queen bed. There is a Smart Tv with Live TV Hulu and HBO and it connects to a large walk in closet and full bathroom. There are beautiful views of the mountains from this room.

LIVING ROOM
The living room is the heart of the unit. There are lots of windows and this room also has views of the mountains. There is a high end memory foam designer sofa with accenting chair and can comfortably accommodate 4. There is an electric fire place that can be used with heat or without and has a coffee table that can be raised to the sofa to be used as a desk.

KITCHEN
The kitchen has large granite counters perfect for cooking any size meal. Everything you would need to cook a feast is provided including spices, basic baking ingredients and condiments. The kitchen is fully functional just bring the food!

BATHROOM
This is a full bathroom that can be accessed from the main living area or from the master bedroom. It includes a brand new washer and dryer, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and tub if desired. There is a iron and ironing board available as well.

POOL - CLUB HOUSE - GYM
Our guests will have access to the condos amenities. Everything is brand new and functioning. A code will be provided to access these spaces.

We look to please so do not hesitate to let us know how we may make your stay more enjoyable. We put efforts into making sure you will have everything and anything you may need during your stay with us so if there is something you believe could make the experience better please reach out.

There are plenty of fun things to do within walking distance but there are also bikes that can be rented across the street and parking available if you choose to drive.

Great Views and Location!

Wonderful location with Mountain Views and even a small window of a water view of the Tennessee River! We used the pool next door which was wonderful and this condo is walking distance from everything! Really enjoyed our stay and would rent again!

Great location and great place

The space was immaculate, and the location is great. Easy short walk to the riverfront, Broad and Market St, restaurants, etc. The property manager was very responsive and the checkout process was very easy.

Great Weekend in Chattanooga

We loved the condo, it was clean, comfortable, lots of space, great view and it was walking distance to downtown Chattanooga. We walked Friday and Saturday to downtown, went to TN Aquarium, Pucketts, Burger Republic, IMAX theater and City Cafe Diner. All were great and need to try these places. Would love to stay at that condo again when in Chattanooga.

We Loved it here!! This place was awesome! The condo was clean and big enough for our family of four! It is within walking/ driving to everything!! Must sees with kids are Ruby Falls and Rock City!! We most definitely will be visiting again!!

We had a nice stay. It is a nice property and location. The property was light on some essentials like toilet paper and dishwashing soap in the kitchen. The manager initially responded, but never provided what we needed. We had to get our own. The location and place is nice and Chattanooga is beautiful.

This condo was excellent! It was very close to all restaurants, very clean, and had a good view (being the corner unit). We will definitely book it again if we are back in Chattanooga.

Great Space!

Wonderful Stay!

The condo was clean, spacious and exactly as described. It was within walking distance of the Aquarium and many restaurants and activities. Great bar/restaurant directly across the street. Sean was very accommodating and welcoming! Comfortable and well equipped! I would definitely stay again!

Night before wedding retreat

I got this place to stay the night before my wedding. I wanted a nice, quiet place to relax with great views and that's exactly what I got! I was even able to check in early to accommodate my wedding schedule! Wonderful place, great host!

Oasis is correct

Despite being on a busy street accross from a restaurant the condo is very quiet and serene with plenty of natural light. Very convenient location with lots to walk to, at night even felt safe.

Beautifully decorated (not uber tourist-y) . Location was perfect and close to a ton of attractions and eateries. Check in and check out was super easy and didn't come with a ridiculous list of demands/rules. Only suggestion I have is to include some wash cloths, luckily I had brought my own. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time at this property. It is walkable to beautiful views of the Tennessee River, as well as restaurants. It is safe and quiet. Parking was easy. Check in was great. The pool area is clean and exactly what we needed during the hot summer evening. The apartment was spotless and was stocked with everything we needed! We will stay here again!

Fantastic property and location - highly recommend

This apartment is top notch…..all the way around. Shawn is super easy to deal with and is super fast with communication. The check in procedure and parking are super easy and convenient. The apartment is very clean and very well stocked. There is a great restaurant / bar directly across the street, as a bonus. Location is perfect, offering easy access to all the areas attractions. I highly recommend staying here when you in the area.
