Welcome to Incline Heights Haven in the St Elmo district of Chattanooga!

We want to share our Chattanooga experience with people all over the world. We painstakingly designed every inch to accommodate you to the best of our ability.

After staying in many VRBO's ourselves, we quickly learned that, as guests, we needed safety and cleanliness. We have stayed in various VRBO's and our experiences have been all over the place. Some great and some not so great. So, we promised each other that when we had our VRBO (a goal realized) we would provide a place, that we ourselves, would stay. We highly value cleanliness and want to provide you a place where you feel comfortable to kick back and relax.

We purchased items that we would want at our home. Some items and conveniences include:

- Brand new King and queen beds for each room.
- Blackout curtains in each of the bedrooms.
- White Sheer curtains for all other windows in the house.
- Cordless Dyeson vacuum
- High speed internet (250MBps)
- Flat screen TVs in living room and office
- Eco friendly bath, laundry and kitchen soaps, etc
- Hair dryers for each bathroom
- Iron and Ironing board
- Essentials you may forget such as toothbrush, toothpaste, sponge, etc.
- Soft and firm pillows (depending on guest preference)
- Calvin Klein soft pillows
- Organic bamboo pillows
- Samsung frontload washer and front load dryer
- Brand new refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher
- Organic kitchen spices
- Keurig & Custom Variety kcups
- Restaurants, Coffee shops, yoga, groceries and brewery within walking distance (4 minute walk)
- 5 minute drive to surrounding hiking areas

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO CONSIDER BEFORE BOOKING:

1. This property consists of the main house and an guesthouse. When you rent this space you get both units which sleep a total of 8 people.
2. Sleeping: The home has 2 king size beds. 1 in the upstairs master bedroom and 1 in the guesthouse apartment. The main house also has 2 queen mattresses.
3. Both the main house and guesthouse have 1 flights of stairs with handrail.
4. This is a smoke Free Property
5. Absolutely no parties
6. absolutely no pets as this is our home and my wife and I have severe allergies to pet dander.

Great location for our stay!

This place is amazing - so beautiful inside! The home is so inviting and comfortable. Location is excellent if you are looking to be close to Chattanooga for all the attractions. This would certainly be a place to stay again if in the area! Communication with the host was very good - very responsive and quick to respond.

Excellent location!

The location was perfect since everything we visited was in close proximity. For example: Ruby Falls, Rock City, downtown Chattanooga, different shops on our list and a variety of restaurants. Chattanooga is a lovey city to visit. The house is very spacious and beautifully decorated. There are four in our party and we always request four rooms with en-suite bathrooms. This house had 3 bedrooms in the house with the en-suite bathrooms and the garage directly behind the house had an upstairs bonus room with a sitting room, nice kitchen, bathroom/shower and a large bedroom. It also has a washer/dryer encased in a closet. Just a very nice place to stay. We all enjoyed it. No complaints here but we missed having wash cloths in the bathrooms. We would Definitey book this rental house again if we ever visit in the future. The owners were super great to respond wuickly when we had an issue with the door locks. Al in all-we rare it a 10!
