The staff was very nice. My room was clean and very spacious. Many restaurants and shopping easily accessible. About 25 minutes from downtown Chatt. For the price, this will definitely be a go-to spot while in Chattanooga.

Had to wait to check in and out as there was no one attending to the front desk. I have never been to a hotel where the front desk was left unattended for long periods of time. Our room appeared to be falling apart- peel and stick linoleum like floors were lifting and warped, weird caulk all over the bathroom joints, hole in the headboard, paint patches all over the walls, nail polish and visible dirt on couch (maybe it was self tanner but still gross). Without carpet the upstairs guests sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling- if I wasn’t exhausted after driving 10 hours and didn’t have my whole family with me to think about moving I would’ve just turned around and left. I will never stay there again, not sure if other locations are like this but I won’t chance it again.

The hall carpets were filthy. When we got off the elevator, a couch in the hall was badly stained and dirty. In our room, the closet door was broken, as was the door to the bedroom. The paper holder in the bathroom was also broken, and kept falling on the floor. The mattress on the pull out bed was stained.
