Whenever we're in the Chatanooga area we stay at this hotel. It's always clean & comfortable and the breakfast is very good.

When we checked in, the front office member didn't say anything about the login info for wifi, time and location for breakfast. When we got to our room i noticed wrappers between the nightstands and bed. I called the front desk to ask about breakfast and mention the wrapper. I had to leave a voice-mail and never heard back. When we returned to the room, it hadn't been made up. I went to the front desk to ask and the woman told me they only clean after 2 nights. I asked if that was posted anywhere and she turned a sign so i could see it. I hadnt seem it at check in. I expressed my disappointment that the room had trash when we arrived and she simply said she was sorry. I got frustrated and said I had paid less and received better service, she smirked and said she was sorry I felt that way. I called Bonvoy customer service and was encouraged to find out the manager on duty. The woman I talked to earlier is the Front Office Manager and she gave me the name of the manager. Really disappointed with the service received for the price paid. It's not any the room being made up, it's about the utter lack of customer service.

Excellent location, on a hilltop with great views facing front. 10-15min from downtown and 10min from inclined railway. Indoor pool was nice. Breakfast could have few more options (for ex no muffins and only one fruit) and they could do a better job ensuring items don’t run out. Otherwise everything was good.

Lobby is updated, Rooms are dated as well as bathroom. Parking slots fill up quickly. If you comeback to the room late, you have to park elsewhere. Location is close to attractions at and around Lookout mountain.Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room we rented had a kind bed and a fold out sofa bed. We needed the sofa bed for our son. The sofa bed mattress is thin and was very poor. He is young but he complained about how uncomfortable it was. The shower didn't work well. The electronic blinds did not work. One remote control for 2 TVs. We booked this room because it was rated highly and it was one of the more expensive rooms in the area. We probably could have found comparable rooms for less.

The property was in a good location. Near all the attractions. The bad thing was one of the mattresses had a huge dip in the middle and was very uncomfortable. The other mattress was fine. I went to the front desk to see if they could switch the mattress and they pretty much told me my only option was to check out early and find a new hotel to stay at. I wish they would let me post pictures because from the pictures you can clearly see the dip. Also it seemed like no one worked the front desk no one was ever at the desk and also called a few times for some new towels and no one ever answered. If you stay there and stay in room 305 the mattress next to the window has a huge dip in the middle! Only one elevator worked.

Over all stay was not bad. Stayed 1 night while visiting the area. My family and I checked in late around 10 pm. Night clerk was not at the desk when we arrived. I had to was over 15 minutes for her to finally come from the back room, during which time another person entered trying to get a room. When the clerk finally came out she was short and rude with me. Just asked me reason for staying there my name on the reservations and then tossed the room key down on the counter with out saying another word. I have stayed in numerous hotels in past and have never experienced a clerk this rude before.

Having three kids , the indoor pool was a great! It was a little small but it got the job done . Breakfast included was amazing help and the staff was very helpful . Located on top of a mountain and the views were so pretty.

The property itself is located on a hill overlooking the mountains and it's easy to spot from i24. The hotel lobby really nice and the staffs really helpful. The rooms seemed renovated but has a smell that's from the a/c or the carpet but the carpet throughout the hotel looked clean.The hotel staff is very helpful and their beds are really comfortable I've slept in longer here then at my home. The parking is ok if your back early but if you come back in the late evening none will be available. I noticed that their are two hotels Hampton inn and Fairfield both one and front of the other but parking is somewhat together. There need to be some limitations on parking because I noticed guests with big trucks pulling luggage trailers and sometimes cars but vehicles like this take up few parking space.

When we arrived and got to the room one of the beds looked like it hadn’t been made properly. The top cover was fine but the sheets were crumpled and indented and looked like they hadn’t been changed. The other bed was fine. Talked to the front desk person and she said she would try to find a housekeeper as we really didn’t want to change rooms since we were already moved in. We waited and waited about a half hour and didn’t hear from receptionist. Went down to front desk and asked her if a housekeeper was going to change sheets and she said there wasn’t one. So, I asked to change rooms. So, she didn’t make the effort to inform us of no housekeeper. She actually was going her nails when I went up to the front desk to inquire. Maybe should be retrained on customer service and timeliness. Everything else was wonderful. Thank you.

Host was watching TikTok when we arrived and didn’t want to answer questions at check in. Room was clean and a great value. Morning breakfast was understaffed and ran 30 minutes late and the staff was rude and stressed out, if we hadn’t had somewhere to be we would have just left and eaten somewhere else.
