Weekend at Jackie's

House looks small from outside, but surprisingly roomy once inside. Has a real "at home" feel and more than enough things close by to keep you entertained.

This property was close to all the activities we planned on doing including downtown and Lookout Mountain. It was large enough for our group of 6 to cook & eat meals as well as play board games at the table. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

Quite neighborhood, everything was like the web page said except there was suppose to be be two futons and there was only one. Very clean. And we couldn't use the parking in the back, because we didnt have the garage door opener, until the second day. Overall it was a great stay and we enjoed every minute.

Perfect for a family vacation

My husband, our 4 month old and my in-laws stayed for a long weekend! The house was perfect for us! Fairly clean but could definitely use a good scrub down when it comes to walls and doors. It’s well decorated and felt very homey. Close to downtown. I see quite a few reviews complaining about the neighborhood although we found it to be pretty quiet. The neighbor offered figs from her tree and was very friendly! I do recommend bringing paper towels (only one roll was supplied) as well as seasonings if you plan on cooking. The kitchen has all the basic utensils and plenty of dining ware along with pots and pans. The AC was fighting to cool the place down and definitely needed a filter change. (We kept it at 74 during the day and 72 at night) we went to the aquarium which was only 7 minutes away from the house. Loved that !
