Our newly built - Downtown Chattanooga Retreat is the perfect location for those visiting this beautiful city! 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath, includes private garage parking. Includes bunk room for the kiddos (125 pound weight limit)! Also includes two single rollaway beds (250 pound weight limit) offering additional sleeping options!
Professionally decorated with plush furnishings! 2 large balconies, view of lookout mountain, and outdoor dining area in our private courtyard! Walkable to many fabulous restaurants and the Chattanooga Choo-Choo! Located 300 ft from Main Street giving guest so many options for food, shopping, and entertainment!

Easy to walk downtown. We did this for our rehersal dinner that was hosted there for my daughter's wedding. The central location made it easy to pick up last minute supplies. Everyone was also able to walk to go out after the rehersal party the night before.

Very Nice Townhouse

Great place within walking distance of many restaurants and Choo Choo. Fully stocked and ready for our stay. Note master is on third floor so be prepared for many steps.

Very Nice Place - Would Definitely Stay Again

We really enjoyed our stay. We were 6 adults and 3 children and it was perfect for all of us. The beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect. It was a short drive(5 min) to the Aquarium and Lookout mountain.

Very nice property. Very clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable. Host was great to work with. Easy walking to lots of restaurants, bars. Closest restaurant the outpost was less than block away. Will come back this summer.

Absolutely beautiful

The pictures don't do it justice. Very spacious, and very well supplied. When we walked in, I kept saying how beautiful it was. We loved the little courtyard. The garage was a nice amenity. Our grandchildren loved the bunkroom. We would give it a 10 out of 10.

Amazing VRBO!

This was the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. It was beautifully decorated, thoroughly supplied, and extremely clean. The host was very communicative and helpful. It felt like home as soon as you walked in.

Girl’s Trip

We went for girl’s trip and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location was great for all the activities we wanted to do. Recommendations made by homeowner for restaurants and things to do were appreciated. Well appointed, clean and owner even had coffee for Keurig provided. Highly recommend.

Plenty of room and great location

We booked this home last minute. We had plans to visit FL over fall break, but the weather had other plans. So, we decided to head north. We are a family of 6 and this home was perfect. Each of the teens got their own bed/own room, and our 9 year old twins slept in the bunk beds. Also, you can walk to several downtown places from this location.
