Breakfast was excellent. Sausage, bacon, and omelets with a waffle maker. Pool was smaller. Rooms were quiet and beds were comfortable. Needs some cosmetic work and maintenance. Our shower was broken at the top.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and overall we had a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable, but when I moved the nightstand to look for an extra outlet, I noticed quite a bit of dust behind it and on the wall. It seemed like some of the less-visible areas of the room had not been cleaned in quite some time. The beds were a little firmer than I prefer, but I know mattress comfort is very subjective. The shower pressure was also fairly low. I understand that may be intended to help conserve water, but I personally prefer a stronger flow. I also wish the pool opened earlier than 12 PM. We arrived late at night, and it would have been nice to let my children enjoy a quick swim the following morning before we had to check out and continue our trip. My main concern was the cleanliness of the areas that are not immediately noticeable. Aside from that, the staff was wonderful, our stay was enjoyable, and I would stay here again.

The lobby was clean, nothing special but clean enough. Our room was so stuffy and smelled like urine it was terrible. Wish we could open the windows and let some of that TN air in. Breakfast was nothing special, typical for this type of hotel. We spent two night there so we survived but if this was a longer trip I would have definitely looked for other place to move to. The smell was just unbearable.
