"Quick check in and check out. Complimentary fruit, muffins, coffee, tea. Spacious rooms. Comfy beds. Good shower. Excellent location off main highway."

"The hotel is clean, not fancy. Free breakfast and pet friendly, so that's a must for me . A place to rest and relax after being the whole day out, just as expected. Location is good, close to Ruby Falls, and not too far from downtown. The negative for me was the staff of all areas, the front desk morning clerk and the lady in the breakfast were rude and not welcoming at all. Not even eye contact or a "good morning" , not customer service oriented at all."

"We needed a place to crash. And it served that purpose very well. However it was MOTEL and I was expecting a hotel. It wasn't a bad place by any means but I was expecting a hotel based on the pictures. The place was very well maintained and clean. The other negative was double bed versus queens. "

"Room was clean but had unpleasant order, like stale smoke. Parking was easy, office was a little difficult to find."
