"The pictures that are advertised is NOT what they offer. I thoroughly check every room I go into for multiple reason and when i checked our room here, the pillows were dirty and stained; the furniture in the room were dirty and stained; the shower floor was dirty; they had no hand soap/no shower gel; the floors were not vacuumed. I know it can't be PERFECT, but it should be cleaned after the previous guests. The front desk person, Tai, was very helpful and moved us to a different room. The new room shower was dirty and leaked all over the floor causing us to use the 2 towels provided to clean it up. I would not recommend this hotel and would be more willing to spend more money on a nicer hotel room just for the comfort and cleanliness of it. Upon check out, multiple cars had been broken into, so the safety is slim to none. "
