10/10 Amazing Stay!

This house is so charming, and close to many fun things in Chatham! We were there over the 4th of July and got to see the parade go right by! We walked to get coffee and pastries daily, and the walk into town to go shopping was only minutes away!It didn’t bother us at all, but it is right next to a cemetery.

Beautiful and Close to Town

Susan’s place is lovely. It has everything you need for a relaxing, peaceful and enjoyable stay. We loved being so close to town and a quick drive to the beach. We had the perfect Chatham visit thanks to Susan.

Wonderful condo

Wonderful Property

Host Susan allowed us to check in early which really added to the value of this rental. We have been staying in Chatham for years and this was by far the nicest property we’ve had. I would say this listing is almost elegant and was above my expectations.

Highly Recommend!

Susan was an exceptional host and we very much enjoyed our stay! She was attentive, easy to communicate with and incredibly accommodating. The location was perfect - a quick walk to the baseball field, shops and some great restaurants or a short drive to the beach. The space was lovely - clean and even more beautiful than the photos. Cannot recommend enough!

Enjoyed our weekend getaway

Beautiful place with a quiet location just off Main Street. With some rainy weather we spent more time inside than we usually would in the middle of the summer. With an open floor plan the kitchen was perfect for cooking and hanging out with the family. Susan was available, dependable and very accommodating if we needed anything before and during our stay. Highly recommend as we plan on returning next summer!

I can not say enough good things about this place. The city of Chatham is amazing. The location of this place to Main Street was perfect - just a couple blocks. The place itself is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. Susan is amazing! She was such a gracious host and we were fortunate to run into her several times. She gave us many excellent recommendations for the area - beaches, events in the community, etc. we would absolutely stay here again if we get the opportunity to come back out here.
