"We were looking for a place, set away from tourist areas and this place was perfect. It’s an older place but clean. There is quite a bit of traffic noise but overall place was perfect for what we were looking for. Thank you!"

"Great Location for exploring the "U.P." centered between Marquette and Grand Marais! Had what we needed. House was oddly configured and has not been updated yet. Looks like it has a new roof and exterior, but interior old, but functional. Bathroom was small and lighting poor. Bed was very comfortable, however, all the other furniture was not as good. Kayaks on site, but not easy to transport from outside house down to the private dock. Dog friendly, which is not always easy to find. ...

"Enjoyed our stay with our family of 4. Plenty of space for everyone and having a second bathroom/shower was great. The location was perfect for walking around in the evening after a day of activities. Enjoyed take out pizza from Pictured Rocks Pizza on the back patio one night and tried out the beer at By George’s Brewery another night- both about an 2 minute walk from the house! Everything was as advertised in the listing. Would stay again if we are back in the area."

"This home has everything you need and is in an excellent location. The furnishings are comfortable. We took full advantage of the location, exploring Pictured Rocks from land and lake. We enjoyed the shops, restaurants and grocery store in Munising."

"This property is exactly as it looks on the VRBO website, and was spotless when we checked in. Dan the owner was very responsive to our questions leading up to check in. He provided the door code a week before we checked in. He made the entire process very convenient. We loved the location secluded in the back of the neighborhood yet close to the casino & Froggers restaurant. Bay Furnace beach was very close by and it was a very short drive to Munising and all of the hiking trails and water...
