"It was wonderful. Well equiped kitchen. Nice dock. Plenty of kayak, paddle boards, canoes. Great swimming areas, with shallow places for kids. Media room was a hit for kids when it rained or they were tuckered out. Beautiful place. We plan to go back. Perfect place for a family reunion"

"We had 7 people for a graduation at Liberty University. We didn’t want to be in all the traffic, so we chose this place to relax afterward and chill for a while . It is so peaceful out back on the s screened porch . It was quiet and offered a lot of solitude . We saw deer in the yard . Great relaxing space !"

"This house has everything a family needs to relax and enjoy Smith Mountain Lake. The quiet cove make it feel safe while sitting on the large dock and watching children play in the small beach area. Hours of entertainment outside easily moved into comfort and amenities inside. No one ever felt on top of each other while we visited, prepared meals and played tournaments of foosball. The hosts have many special touches to truly help the vacation experience. Best vacation ever!"

"We enjoyed our time here. Plenty of space, loads of dishes and cookware which is not always the case at many places. We enjoyed the pool table and hot tub along with spending a majority of our time on the covered porch and the dock. The driveway is steep and there are 96 steeps to the dock. So we got plenty of exercise. "
