Chalet La Cachette is a three-storey modern chalet for 10 guests, with five bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Just a short walk from the centre of Châtel and the ski bus stop, it's a great choice for a group of family or friends who don't want to have to depend on their cars to get around. Châtel is one of the 12 resorts of the Portes de Soleil ski area, so you'll never be short of somewhere to explore.

Outside the ski season, there are plenty of walking and hiking trails, whether you want a challenging high-altitude hike or a gentle lakeside stroll. Cyclists are well catered for too, with popular road routes and a bike park for MTB riders. Chalet La Cachette has a bike store, tools and washing facilities to keep your bikes in tip-top condition.

Three of Chalet La Cachette's five double bedrooms are on the ground floor, and can be arranged with large double beds or two single beds. They also have doors to the sunny terrace and hot tub. There are two more double bedrooms on the top floor, each with en-suite shower rooms and their own balconies with wonderful views.

The ground floor has a spacious, open-plan living area with a sleek, contemporary kitchen, a breakfast bar and a large dining table. After dinner you can sink into the cosy sofas in front of the fire and TV, or hang out in the TV room. There's also a sauna and a laundry room on this floor.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.
