    Bedroom with lots of storage, bed 160x200, lovely views of the countryside, spacious living room with brand new fitted kitchen, oven, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, kitchen scales, new crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, very comfortable corner sofa, dining table and chairs, iron, ironing board, smart tv.

    New shower room, wash basin, separate WC.

    Towels and bedding provided, cot for under 3s available on request.

    Châteauneuf-Val-De-Bargis is a small village with a lively programme of events year round, situated on the Chemin de Saint-Jacques de Compostelle route.

    All businesses are on your doorstep: boulangerie, village convenience store, pharmacy, Post Office, bar/restaurant La Halte de Campagne, two hairdressers, a beautician.

    There is an open air swimming pool in nearby Donzy, countless trails for hiking in the local area in open countryside and through the numerous forests, wine lovers will enjoy visiting Sancerre, Pouilly and Chablis.
