"Missed opportunity. I will start off by saying the view and location is absolutely gorgeous and we loved the property cats. However the apartment was cold, dark and damp. Everything was musky and worn down, the towels were clearly very old and had a musty smell. Same with the tiny love seat. The walls were molding and there were spider webs, and floor smelled like foot, it jsut seems like the whole place was thrown together with the least amount of effort to rent out. The listing said that bed linens are provided but not put on the bed for you, so we had to dress the bed ourselves. The listing also said it provided essential soap which apparently doesn't include shower gel. Maybe the last two are just cultural norms but if you are renting to foreigners wouldn't you want to be accommodating? We loved Bonnieux and the property is beautiful. As a designer I felt the little apartment had so much potential, and sad there was such little care given to it. It seemed like the small apartment next door was recently renovated, if they decide to do something similar to this unit in the future then maybe we would stay again."

"The house is in a great location, quiet street in a lovely village, with amazing sunrise & sunset views from the top terrace and a lush garden/pool area. Beatrice, the owner, was quick to respond to any questions, and checked on our comfort several times during our stay by text. She seemed genuinely interested in us having a good time, and in taking care of any of our needs.The kitchen was perfect for cooking some of our meals - and the butcher (FAB!), small grocery and bakery had everything we needed to enjoy some fabulous dinners at home, dining on the patio overlooking the pool area.Having a small shower and/or sink in most of the bedrooms was a great benefit for this group of women, and all the bedrooms were really large. The large salon with a piano (!) and dining room let us spread out and we just really loved the space.Goult is a charming, peaceful village - and is a short drive to many larger, more touristy (but wonderful) villages - Roussillon, Gordes, Menerbes, Bonnieux. It's a perfect place to call 'home' and relax after a day out touring. The Thursday morning market in Goult is quite wonderful, and the few small boutique shops in town are nice quality. We were a group of artists, and Goult is full of little vignettes waiting to be painted!"

"This was an amazing place! Quiet and convenient to SCAD Lacoste where our daughter was studying! The breakfast was delicious made even better by the view of the beautiful gardens! We highly recommend this place even if you don’t have a child at SCAD but exploring the beautiful French countryside! "

"We had a great stay. Nice and comfortable room, quiet hotel, places in the hotel to relax outside the room, excellent breakfast, caring host. We were there off season so we did not get to enjoy the grounds, which looked fantastic. "

"Bonnieux is a great base for exploring the area. The property is accessed by 53 uneven steps down from the street which was challenging with luggage. These steps and the 35 up into town kept is fit and able to enjoy great food and wine without gaining a pound. The cottage is charming and the views of the Luberon are beautiful. We enjoyed many late afternoons outdoors relaxing and reading "

"My family stayed in this house in Goult for 2 weeks and we loved everything about it. It is well located in the gorgeous town in the Luberon, that has everything you could need - a boulangerie, cafes, restaurants, pizza place, fromagerie, boucherie, and small corner shop with fruit and veg. The town is near so many other gorgeous villages and being in the Luberon, right in the middle of many walks through the area. The manager, Herve, was extremely communicative, exceptionally helpful and so kind when the traffic delayed our arrival by 2 hours. I would thoroughly recommend this house."
