"Very comfortable, clean, modern accommodations with a rural feel. The hosts, Chantal and Allain, were sweet and very responsive to any questions and through the use of Google Translate accurate communications were made, through texts and while talking in personThis rural village of Prudhomat and the Gite couldn't be better situated with the Dordogne River across the road and Castelnaud Bretanoux in the back yard. The villages of Autoire, St. Cere and Bretanoux are a stones throw away. I could go on and on raving about our stay and at the price we paid for it as it was a very welcoming stay, rich in adventures and excellent restaurants nearby. We stayed 10 nights and we would consider staying with Chantal and Allain again in the future! Merci!"

"Brilliant house in a great location. The property set up for an extended family of 16, across 3 generations was perfect. The kitchen boasts many amenities, which made it easy for us to either cater individually or collectively. The host lives near the property and is very helpful and informative. 100% recommend. "

"Our stay was wonderful. Prompt communication with hosts.... we even had a lightning and thunder storm one night that knocked out our power. They responded and had us up and running again the next morning despite being out of town on vacation. The place is in a perfect location for exploring the area. Quiet and was wonderful to hear the birds singing every day. Our son loved it and thought it was so cool to be staying at the castle. Thank you for a wonderful stay."
