"Perfect. The hotel is stunning, will absolutely make your jaw drop. Rooms are perfectly appointed with all amenities you will need or want. The staff is the best we’ve experienced. They help with reservations and arrange everything to make your stay smooth and enjoyable. The location is walkable to all the shops, marina and restaurants. Amazing beautiful place. We ate outside all nights expect the last one we are at the hotel restaurant. Ones the bill came they had added many extra drinks there thinking we d not see it. He corrected it after!
The food was also not good and service was just ok.
Also a very rude unprofessional conscience called Hugo who screaming and rude and refused to order a hotel chattle to a beach to swim . Reason it was 6pm and he wants fo decade what we can do. Never seen such unprofessional conscience. Else beautiful hotel and all other personal were amazing. Especially bar and pool. Amazing place. "
"The site is sort of far away from most things but there is lots to do onsite or it is easy enough to take a bus or walk elsewhere. Staff was very helpful, informative, and welcoming. Beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. The food from the restaurant was ok. The rooms can be hard to locate because the site is so big, but the staff is very helpful and shows you exactly how to get to your room. "
