"Above and beyond the staff as you walk in the property. Everywhere in the hotel they are so kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable, beautiful ocean view, spacious, clean and modern. The only thing I missed was a good coffe maker in the room other than that it was and excellent place to stay and relax. Breakfast had a very good variety however the coffee very basic so I bought a coffee in the little outside the restaurant shop, it was a good cappuccino 😊 we did lunch of the menu which was excellent and the next day we did buffet lunch which was pretty good. I recommend this hotel for people who want to relax and maybe explore a little more this area. Check out the Kanoa store right outside of the hotel(north), my daughter and I really enjoyed this store😊"

"It was close to International Street. It was within walking distance for shopping area ans a lot of restaurants. Short cab ride distance to airport and Shuri Castle. Market advertising sounds can be heard from our room on the 8th floor all day and night. That was the only annoying fact but it is not the hotels fault. Local market advertising should be turn of at night."
