Beautiful Cottage in the Heart of Auvergne
Stay in this Haute-Loire home where you can enjoy the garden surrounded by nature and relax on the terraces or by the fireplace. Modern comforts blend with the charm of a country house.
Located in a green, wooded region, this detached house sits on a large, fully fenced plot with shaded areas (2,000 m²). It features two spacious terraces: one 25 m² and another 38 m², including a covered section (23 m²). A garage accommodates one vehicle, and there is additional parking in the courtyard. A charcoal barbecue is provided. Two mountain bikes are available.
Ground floor: large living area opening onto both terraces, equipped kitchen (hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, 2 fridges) and dining space, lounge area (corner sofa, TV) by the closed fireplace, laundry area (washing machine, freezer), separate toilet and sink. Baby equipment available: wooden cot, high chair, bathtub.
Upstairs: 3 spacious bedrooms (2 double beds 140x190, 3 single beds 90x190), shower room, separate toilet.
Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided for an extra charge. Guests are required to clean the property before departure and leave it as found.
