During the winter months I have a more relaxed cancelation policy than the 14 days posted since we never know what kind of snow Mother Nature is going deliver Just keep in contact with me after you have made a reservation and I will be more than fair and flexible The snowmobile trail is easy to get to and I will provide directions to the trails after you have agreed to stay at Park Place North. There is plenty of parking for snowmobile trailers
The house is on a gravel road but it is well traveled and the snow is removed on a regular basis in the winter. During the summer, yes it is dusty but many a motorcycle has traveled the road

Jackie was wonderful to communicate with. This was a quick trip to the UP to move my son in for college and be back for the start of HS for other. Very thoughtful and sweet host!
Awesome home and property. Had everything that we needed, except for running water. Arrived in the evening for a funeral the next day, spent the 1st 5 hours w no water. Nit ideal arter travelling all day and worrging about showers. Host was excellent to work w, had somebody out right away. Finally had water after midnight.
