Anne a été très arrangeante pour que je puisse venir en avance décorer et préparer l'anniversaire avant l'arrivée des invités. Idem pour le départ. Merci encore à Anne et Alfred ! "We have stayed in this apartment before so we knew what to expect. The small patio is a bonus but this time we brought our own chairs as we don’t find those provided very comfortable. The bed is very comfortable but it is very warm up there~ we were glad of the fan. We found the Wi-Fi to be rather inconsistent ( not sure if it was like this before). There is a supermarket 1 minute walk away which is just perfect."

"We had an overnight stop at this property on our way back to the ferry. Our stay was very pleasant and the hosts were very friendly. The property was very clean and they catered for all needs, tea, coffee, water etc in the room and I even got a recipe for a wonderful courgette marmalade. The property is not too far from Vitre which is a beautiful town and definitely worth a visit."

"Pour se retrouver entre amis le temps d'un week-end et de profiter des alentours de Rennes nous avons loué tout le gîte pour une nuit. Nous avons passé un très bon week-end et tout s'est très bien passé. Il y a de la place pour accueillir pas mal de monde, il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans le gîte pour s'occuper (babyfoot, barbecue ....) et tout le monde a bien dormi. Le propriétaire est joignable et à l'écoute de ses vacanciers."

Only minor negative (not worth any stars as you can read the reviews and prepare in advance) is not providing toiletries in the name of being eco friendly - however I think this worsens the environmental impact as visitors probably end up buying individual items and throwing them when you could have a refillable dispenser....

"This was a lovely hotel. It is only a 5 minute walk to the train station and also is close to the city center. It was very quiet, and the staff was very pleasant and attentive. The room was excellent. It had a large modern shower and a very comfortable bed. I would definitely stay there again."
