"The room was great. Clean, modern and everything you'd need or want. Was very happy with the hotel stay. The restaurant, however, was not so great for dinner. Long wait, food was a bit disappointing in quality. Breakfast, though...very good with lots of choices. "

"The receptionist was terrible. She ignored a problem with my room, leaving me with the issue for over a day. I had to go to reception four times and call twice before she did anything. When I asked for an explanation, she made excuses, saying that even with colleagues present, she couldn't leave the reception area and that the system didn't allow for phone calls to the rooms. Is it really true that reception can't make phone calls to guest rooms?"

"Old tired building & rooms. Advertised with parking but it costs extra and there are only 6 spaces and they are extremely small tight spaces and access and very dangerous to get a normal size car in and out of. Staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. "

"Perfect location from where explore and enjoy the city. Don’t use the hotel parking though: it is well minded but ultimately a hassle. "
