"The staff was friendly, helpful, welcoming. The room was wonderful, clean, and it had a safe inside the room which is very good and comforting onowthat your can lock away your important items. It had a coffee machine in the room, a minibar, hair dryer. The bathroom was very good and clean. Overall, we like the hotel, and would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially to first timers. We definitely stay here again if we were to xome back tt Lisbon. It is on the heart of the city, with restaurants, shops, tourist attractions, spots, etc. I can’t say anything negative, except it ticks all the boxes for us for a perfect weekend get away or short visit to Lisbon. Location wise, it is excellent."

The bathroom had two washbasins, which was convenient for two people to use at the same time. Toothbrushes, razors, and shower caps were provided. Tea bags and an electric kettle were also provided. The location was great."
