5 bedrooms · Up to 9 people · More than 200 m² · Enclosed garden · Southern Burgundy<br><br>In Charnay-lès-Mâcon, Le Clos de Laly is a house of character designed for those who wish to meet with others without giving up space, calm and privacy.<br><br>Behind its walls lies a singular storey: Le Clos was born from the union of three old houses built before the French Revolution.<br><br>Their traces are still visible everywhere: stone walls that were once exterior walls that have become interior walls, thicknesses that can approach 50 cm, chimneys, frameworks, differences in levels and passages between the different volumes.<br><br>An old, bright and contemporary house<br><br>Since 2003, the house has undergone numerous transformations designed to bring together its different spaces while preserving what tells its storey.<br><br>Particular attention has been paid to the light.<br><br>New openings have been created following the course of the sun so that natural light accompanies the house from morning to evening.<br><br>The result is a surprisingly bright and warm old house, where stone and wood rub shoulders with glass, metal and more contemporary elements.<br><br>Space for everyone<br><br>With more than 200 m², Le Clos can accommodate up to 9 people while preserving the privacy of everyone.<br><br>The house has five bedrooms:<br>Rita — double bed 140 × 190 cm<br>Arthur — single bed 90 × 190 cm<br>Lily — double bed 160 × 200 cm<br><br>These three bedrooms are located on the main level, with a shared shower room and separate toilets.<br><br>On the upper floor:<br>Le Cèdre — double bed 140 × 190 cm<br>The Suite — queen size bed, work area, large bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower, separate toilet and dressing room.<br><br>Finding each other<br><br>The large living room of about 50 m² is the heart of the house.<br><br>The independent and fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals independently and also has direct access from the upper courtyard.<br><br>Outside, the fully enclosed garden with stone walls offers an intimate environment.<br>The courtyard of about 55 m² becomes a real additional space on sunny days for lunch, dinner or simply to enjoy the outdoors in the shelter.<br>A gas barbecue is available.<br><br>Discover Southern Burgundy<br><br>Le Clos benefits from a location that allows you to quickly reach the main sites of the Mâconnais.<br><br>La Roche de Solutré and the vineyards are about 10 minutes away, Cluny about 20 minutes away and Mâcon a few minutes away.<br><br>The Mâcon-Loché TGV station and the A6/A406 access are about 5 minutes away, which also facilitates stays for travellers from different regions.<br><br>Le Clos is thus a comfortable base from which to discover the vineyards, gastronomy, villages and heritage of Southern Burgundy.<br><br>A house entirely yours<br><br>During your stay, the entire Clos is reserved for your group. No rooms are rented separately.<br><br>Two cats live mostly outside the property. Independent, they don't require any attention from you. You just stay free to let them into the house if you enjoy their company.<br><br>Le Clos is intended for family, tourist and professional stays in a quiet environment.<br>In order to preserve the house and the tranquility of the place, parties, parties, receptions and events are not allowed.<br><br>Non-smoking house except outside.<br>Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility.<br><br>Arrival from 5 p.m.<br>Departure before 10 am.
