This charming 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom cottage offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, nestled on the shores Cranberry Meadow Pond—less than 4 Miles to Treehouse Brewery. Relax lakeside and enjoy the stunning views.

Step into an open-concept living area featuring a cozy gas fireplace, ideal for relaxing evenings. 3 Bunk beds, a full bathroom on the first floor, and a queen sleeper in the living room.

The living room opens onto a spacious deck, providing breathtaking water views and a perfect spot for morning coffee or sunsets. A spiral staircase leads to the lower level, where you'll find an additional bedroom and a half bath.

This level also boasts a covered patio with direct access to the water, making it easy to enjoy swimming, kayaking, or fishing right from your backyard.

Guests have direct access to the lake and can use the kayaks and canoes on the property. Life Preservers are available for use. The Float dock is a fun place to jump and swim off.
