The Mabel Rea House

Unique rustic one of a kind, custom home built in 1960. This is the main house of a gated estate located in South Charlotte, 28226. This impeccably furnished 2450 square foot home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. 2 King, 1 Queen, and 2 Full beds, Queen bedroom is on first floor. Amenities include hot tub, outdoor waterfall, outdoor fireplace, 7 rocking chairs, hammock, and gas grill. Open to selective parties and events. This not just a house, it's an experience.
The space
The main floor includes the kitchen, living area, dining area, bedroom, and large bathroom with tub and shower. Spiral staircase leads to the upstairs where you will find two spacious bedrooms each with their own king size bed. One of the rooms features two 2 full beds built into the wall.

The house features a hot tub, a 7' waterfall with a stream leading to a large goldfish pond in front of a porch with 5 rocking chairs, outdoor fireplace with 2 more rocking chairs and a table, with a large supply of firewood, and a gas grill.
