I liked the fact they served breakfast.I noticed a faint bad odor coming from somewhere in the bathroom when I first arrived and the Oder didn’t fade out the whole time I was there.It didn’t matter how much I showered and used things like my cologne,soap/lotion.

I'm so sorry you did not have a good stay. I imagine you are upset because we had to place you on our Do Not Rent list for smoking in the room and essentially leaving it trashed.

ACC Championship Game stay over
It was what was required. We were there for the ACC Championship Game and needed a stop-in spot to refesh, shower & change and then beds to sleep on before traveling back home. And it worked, no issues. The rooms were adequate for what you paid for. A little dated and small, but it was a room & not a Suite, so I wasn't expecting much more. Comfortable beds, firm, not soft but that is what I like. Nice TV size for the room and simple, tiled bathroom. The room did have a standard mini-fridge, microwave and a small desk. Cool thing was a small alcove above the AC unit to the window, kinda created a nook, which I stored my bag on. The staff that we encountered was friendly and professional. The room was worth what I paid and I would go back if needed. Florida State got robbed in the CFP Selection by the way. Go NOLES!!

The overall stay was very good, upon arrival my room was upgraded to a suite and that was awesome, I left my ice packs for my cooler either front desk to be placed in freezer for my early departure when I went downstairs to get my ice packs at 0400 there was no service at front desk so I couldn’t get my ice packs I had to depart without them that was inconvenient, other than that my stay was very good.

I had a very positive experience at this hotel. Friendly staff, my room was clean, easy parking. There is a starbucks across the street and a gas station right next to it. Easy access from the highway. Highly recommended.

I loved the great location as its in walking distance of so many restaurants and stores!! The staff was excellent and so nice and friendly and seemed to enjoy giving me service!! I will definitely be staying again without hesitation!!

The area wasn’t the best but the hotel has a great way to get in after 9 pm . It was clean , staff was great . We just needed a place to stay as we were there for an event . A place to rest our heads , would stay there again

Charles, was the manager on duty, that evening, and still the next morning. He was friendly, and efficient. The property itself is spotless. Great price, nicely presented breakfast. I highly recommend!!!

This was the first time I had stayed at a Microtel Inn and I was impressed with the clean, modern style and the cleanliness of the room. Will definitely use the hotel again!
