Incredible location near downtown Cornelius where you can walk to local coffee shops, dining, and parks! 1 mile from I-77 access to get to Charlotte quickly and easily. 1.5 miles from Davidson College, 2 miles to Lake Norman boat ramps, 4 miles to Birkdale Village, and so much more!
