I didnt like that they have a new system that keeps going out and glitching. When i checked in thwy had me swipe multiple cards because the system kept saying it was declined. The front desk person called a manager and they tried for 16 minutes to figure it out and couldnt.. they then charged me 75 for incidentals and let me check in. In the morning I had 2 pending charges of 566.67, a pending charge of 75 and a pending charge of 416.67. When I went to the front desk I was informed by the manager on duty that they were aware of the issue and that it happened to 3 other people yesterday and there was nothing they could do with the pending charges because the system did give her codes and i needed to wait 3-5 business days. My issue is if you knew this was a problem and happen to multiple people why did you keep having me swipe my card like the issue was on my end.. so i end up with 1600 in pending charges and i have to hope they fall off and dont clear since she had the same authorization code. This is very frustrating and should have been handled differently. Also, they created two profiles for me sonce i booked thru Expedia and thrn that causes issues with our room keys not working the whole trip and we had to keep going back to the front desk
