The only things I can say positive about this hotel is that it was quiet and the beds were comfortable. It was pretty run down and the elevator didn't work. It's good if you need a cheap place to sleep.

My room was clean and quiet. That was good. I got an early check in at no extra charge, so I appreciated that. But the common areas of the hotel are a mess and there doesn't seem to be anyone working there to clean things up. The area is sketchy.

Met some awesome people staying there. The hallway smelled like Marijuana smoke, sheets were dirty upon arrival and there was no breakfast as advertised. After checkout i received an email about payment eventhough my money was taken plus a$100 deposit. Last time staying at this property.

Good that it was close to the airport and the price was reasonable. No bathroom mirror-off the wall, sitting in the room... and woke up to find BED BUGS crawling on the comforter! And a dead one on the window sill! Fumigate the room...

Except for the fact there were no insects this was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. I had stayed at a Baymont before and did not read the reviews because I expected they had the same standards. There were stained linens, the promised breakfast was never served on any day, there was only coffee, regular, from a dirty carafe, there were no lids for the coffee cups, the place was dirty, it was shabby, the key stopped working day 1, it was fixed but I was told it was my fault for leaving it near my phone, the staff was unfriendly, some heavy machinery in building was operated at night vibrating the building and making noise, and shaking items in the room, yes that WAS weird. It looked liked nothing was ever washed, there was debris in the corner of the elevator. They Literally cannot be trying to run it well. It is run like they do not want actual guests. I decided to stay because there were no bugs and the bed was ok comfort wise and I was booked with multiple meetings I did not have time to bother with a move. I asked for a late check out due to the meeting's schedule and I was not traveling alone, and despite the fact the hotel was basically empty, no surprise, I was only given until noon. At 11:30 while I was on the way back to the hotel I got a call from my elderly husband that a staff member was demanding he leave right then. No one communicated we had been granted a late check out. No one was at the desk on Saturday at all. The front door was never locked. Just don't.

The hotel is in need of renovation. The room was clean and the bed comfortable but they advertise breakfast included and there is no breakfast. Coffee wasn't good either. Location is convenient.
