I made my date one day ahead of what I should have. Marriott would not refund my deposit, even though they sold out the next day and used my room. Marriott collected from my room twice.

At check in we were told that we would not get a King room due to them being fully booked and because we booked through a third party we weren’t priority 😞 Plus we are paying the same rate! Not impressed

When we went to check in i told the girl i booked the room with Expedia she found me but then charged our card for another $120 when i told her what she did she was on the phone the whole time then said we will credit you back in 5 to 10 days. Next morning we were checking out i asked the girl to look and make sure we were going to get refunded the double charge she said she had to wait for her manager that was on her way and the would have her look and she would call us. That was at 9 am at 1:00 i still never heard anything we called back the same girl played stupid like she didn't know what we were talking about by all said and done we are waiting for a refund. Also there were 2 worms in the bed. Not very happy at all.

Did not live up to the Marriott brand. Doors slamming from other rooms would shake the room. You could hear people walking across the floor upstairs. Shower area had poor lighting, had mildew, and then drainage issues. Finally, when we asked for a shower cap, the clerk said they did not provide them. And no plastic laundry bag for your dirty clothes. Finally, when opening up the fridge to put out drinks in, it was frozen with a block of ice.
