Sonesta Charlotte Lower South End
Absolutely EXCELLENT. There were some rude and obnoxious fellow guests. But, for the most part the staff did their best to deal with it. The room was clean, the bar and restaurant were excellent and the service was even better. We will most certainly be returning and recommending this hotel.

Very clean and comfortable room and hotel. Friendly staff and a great convenience market located in the Lobby where we could grab wine, snacks and coffee while we enjoyed a pizza during a poll game.
