Cozy little lakeside cottage with AMAZING views of beautiful Clinton lake. Set on the front deck and listen to all the sounds of nature while watching all the activity on the lake!! What a great place to unwind. Serene and private setting. This peaceful country property will allow you to unwind and forget about all your worries of everyday life. Custom kitchen cabinets with quartz counter tops and an island large enough to seat 12. The kitchen is the front of the cottage so everyone can enjoy the view while cooking, dining or playing games. One bedroom and bathroom are found on main level and the remaining beds andsecond bedroomsre found in the walkout basement. This cottage is one you will book again and again.

We have plenty of boat trailer parking on the property. The property to the West is private property but feel free to park your boat outside the fence on either side of drive or backed in by dumpster. The yard is not fully fenced in.

We were very pleased with the house. It was so interesting with the decor. Every time you look you can see something different in the same rooms. The first night it rained constantly but we were cozy and comfortable. I would definitely come back.

Great Getaway for Family Time

The deck and kitchen area are perfect for gathering with friends and family. Weather wasn't great for a fire at the firepit. View is awesome and peaceful!

Amazing Property

We had a great weekend retreat focused on rest and relaxation. The Lakeside cottage was beautiful and our only complaint was the weather wasn’t warm enough to enjoy the back deck. I strongly recommend this beautiful place for a small group! Thanks to the hosts for a great property!

Charlie’s cottage was amazing. The house was so clean and comfortable. There were 6 of us and there was plenty of space for us. The cottage is very well stocked. If you are looking to shut off and relax this is the perfect place. The owners Susie and Steve very so quick to respond to question /suggestions. Would definitely rent here again.

We had everything that we would need! I never even had to contact the owners. The deck was my favorite! I could sit out there all day. We had plenty of space to spread out, yet plenty of space to be together.

We gathered with adult children for late Christmas. I primarily picked for location and size but was so pleased with the cottage extras. Stayed during extremely cold weather and stayed toasty. Fantastic Friends' Reunion Getaway

The property was fantastic, and the views amazing. I was pleased, as the house looked every bit as good in person (maybe even better) than in the photos. It was conveniently located near the marina, where we rented a pontoon boat for the day at a great price. This house is a gem for anyone looking for a weekend away at Clinton Lake. After boating the lake, it was clear that there are very few homes (if any) with a view like this. Would absolutely return and recommend it to others!

Perfect weekend with family.

Invited family from out of town for Clinton HS homecoming. The property was spotless. Outside beautifully maintained. It was so pretty the kids wanted their homecoming pictures taken on site. Very peaceful at night and in the morning for the adults sitting on the deck. Hosts were perfect. Quick response to any question. Beautiful and peaceful weekend.
