Bed and Breakfast in Charleville

"What a beautiful, private, comfortable peaceful and so many positive adjectives I could use to describe our stay. We went to bed with no siren and traffic sounds from the city and woke up with the songs of birds. Recommend this place for people who need a get away from the hustling of a busy life. The hostess was more than accommodating."

"Check in first, THEN you can scan your room card to access underground parking, which has convenient access to the elevator to the hotel rooms. Check-in was easy, staff was great, the room was clean, quiet, comfortable. Optional breakfast was amazing--very nice restaurant setting with so many food options. There's also a small Aldi grocery store literally around the corner. There appears to be a nice central courtyard with trees and a few tables/chairs for when it's not raining, but its convenience for cigarette smoke prevented us from using it."

"Convenient location. Staff pleasant. Nice decor. The vegetarian breakfast is less than the meat version. Why? Just offer something instead to bulk it to the same size as a full Irish breakfast. Vegetarians pay the same as meat eaters for the room! The cistern in the toilet took 15 minutes to refill after a flush. Needs modernised."

"It was a nice place to stay. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. The only thing we had issues with was the noise. We stayed 3 nights, and every night the hotel had an event with loud music and lots of people. It really wasn't bad, except that the we needed to open the windows to cool the room and then it was a bit louder. On top of that we could hear the people above us stomping around, and the 5am wake up call from their baby wasn't much fun either. Understand that babies are going to cry, but the hotel could use some soundproofing. "

"The home is large and has plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Thank you for leaving some food we didn’t expect that, it was a nice touch. Just a note all the coffee pods that were in the home were the wrong size but we were able to find some that fit in town.Maybe if you put a note in the home exactly what kind it takes it would be easier for the guest. The home was just a 10 minute drive to Adare and a great location for day trips. We enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home."
