Located right off of Rt 1, directly across from beautiful Ninigret Pond and only 2 miles to the local beaches. Large patio with large grill for grilling. There are 3 large bedrooms, a cozy kitchen, and separate dining room, comfortable cozy living room with large windows to soak in the water views.
