Charlestown RI unfurnished rental with a short walk to water access.

Our unfurnished home looks amazing inside and out, including our beautiful gardens! The property is located just steps from our family seasonal restaurant Monahan's by the Cove (in operation from May to October) which offers a full menu of fresh seafood.

Charlestown is a wonderful hidden gem for enjoying all that southern Rhode Island has to offer. The areas has easy access to boat/kayak launches, beach, swimming docks, hiking trails at Burlingame State Park and many other amenities. Quonochontaug (Quonnie) salt pond is ideal for swimming, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, clamming, stand up paddling, bird watching, and wind surfing. Access to the pond is a drive.

Charlestown is a short drive away from top-tier golf courses, Misquamicut Beach, Watch Hill (home to the historic Flying Horse carousel ), Mohegan Sun & Foxwoods casinos, Charlestown beaches, Mystic Aquarium, and the very quaint downtown Westerly. Also nearby are Narragansett, Newport, and Block Island. Bring any of these and you will be happy as a quahog during your stay: bike, boat, swimsuit, books to read, beach umbrella, walking shoes, wine/margarita mix, kayak, canoe, clam rake, tennis racket, basketball, appetite for good food at the Shelter Harbor Inn, board games, binoculars for bird watching on the pond.
