The Sanctuary is a beautiful resort. It is really upscale. The rooms and facilities are wonderful. The staff is very nice and attentive. It is a great place for golfers, tennis players or anyone that wants a relaxing place. We had a fabulous time!!!

It's a Monday in the middle of February. What could go wrong? Everything. Look the indidivual staff people are nice. But the concierge "desk' never answers the phone. They never made our dinner reservation. But worst of all, the "Ocean" view is in this dingy corner and you'd need the neck of a giraffe to see the water. They say they have no room to move me--even though I could roll a bowling ball down this place, it's so empty. Bottom line; they just don't want to make people happy.
