"We had a dripping shower with mold in bathroom . . It took 2 days for anything to be done only because the head of housekeeping happened to be near our room so she took a look and moved us and upgraded us immediately for remaining 2 nights . Front desk was told twice about the problem on day 1 and nothing was done . We had toilet paper holder hanging off the wall showing a big hole in wall . We are grateful to housekeeping for acting on it for us . Other than communication issues hotel was good . Breakfast could have been better , stale English muffins and very watery eggs . It was small things like , went to do laundry couldn’t get in . Went to get ice , no ice in machine . We will not stay in this hotel again ."
