  • This beautifully decorated first-floor walk-up condo features warm coastal tones and a relaxed beachside atmosphere. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening breeze from the private balcony, which offers limited ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, a full-size stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and a charming wine bar stocked with the essentials for entertaining. Coffee lovers will appreciate the dual brewing options, with both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig that accommodates K-Cups or ground coffee using the included reusable filter. Stylish tile flooring throughout adds to the condo’s clean, bright, and welcoming feel.

    Roof replacement work on Building B is scheduled to begin November 1 and is expected to last approximately one month. During this time, a portion of the parking lot will be blocked off, and guests may experience construction noise during daytime hours. No construction work is scheduled for weekends. We appreciate your understanding as this necessary improvement is completed.
