Come and enjoy all the beauty of nature that the Lowcountry has to offer in this beautiful 2-bedroom home with a shared dock and views! Located 24 miles from Charleston in the Francis Marion National Forest, you'll be surrounded by nature, yet close enough to enjoy Charleston & Mt.Pleasant. Kayak the beautiful tidal creeks from here or wet-a-line fishing off the dock. Enjoy an evening cocktail out on the large screened-in porch while watching the beautiful sunsets over the creek. Heaven!
The space
This is an elevated home. The entire upstairs is the rental home. There is a separate apartment on the ground floor with a year-round tenant. There is a shared foyer on the ground floor which has separate entrances for each home and the garage.
Guest access
Guests have the entire upstairs of the home and the large fenced side yard which is where the grill is. Dogs can stay in this yard if they're along for the trip. The front steps can be used to go outside on the water side where the fire pit and dock is located.
