- NO PETS ALLOWED - If you bring an undisclosed pet your reservation will be canceled without a refund

- Maximum of 10 guests

- No parties or events allowed

- The guest who books the property MUST be present during the booking & will be held liable for any damages

- Smoking on the property is PROHIBITED: $250 minimum fine for smoke damages.
