"Room was clean. Killed one roach my last morning there. First floor hallway rug needs replacing. Hole in it. I couldn’t get the WiFi to work."

"The property and rooms were clean and comfortable. We had drinks at the bar after dinners out and the bartender was very personable. The Palmetto is perfectly located near the City Market, Carriages and surrounded by five-star restaurants. Great place to stay."

"This beautiful property was not your standard Quality Inn looking hotel. It's a historic, charming place with a beautiful lobby, good restaurant and bar, clean spacious rooms and a wonderful staff. From the parking valets to the front desk everyone was professional and friendly. We especially want to point out Sylvie our server in the restaurant for breakfast each day. She was so welcoming and upbeat! It was a great day to start our day. She even remembered what we ordered each day. I would recommend staying here since it's conveniently located within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and all the historic sites to see in the city."
