"Staff Excellent. Need more secure terrace doors and better lock. Doors blew open. Wish it had better water pressure in shower."

Our toilet was full of dirt and hair, the tub had paint chipping off everywhere, we didn’t even feel comfortable showering, bedside lamps were rusting, lamp shades super dusty. i was also charged for parking, even after very clearly noting “no car” and have not received a response yet. "

"Excellent boutique hotel with an outstanding location, only blocks away from the markets and riverfront. The room was very nice and comfortable, and the updated bathroom was almost spa-worthy. While we were there they're doing construction to improve their valet parking area; not terribly disruptive and scheduled to be done by the end of March 2026."

"Room was fine. Check in accomplished quickly. Breakfast was typical with several options. Location was a plus..close to excellent restaurants and public parking. Woul stay there again!"

"Our deluxe king room was quite snug. We stayed on the 4th floor and the person above us was stomping so so much. The property is absolutely lovely and the location was ideal- easy walking to lots of wonderful food. I would definitely recommend this hotel- maybe just spring for the superior king. "
