The Space: Welcome to your second-floor retreat at iconic 493 King Street, set inside a charming historic building above Sewing Down South—featured on Southern Charm. Step outside and you’re instantly surrounded by Charleston’s best shopping, dining, and nightlife.

Inside, a welcoming entry opens into a bright, open kitchen and living space designed for comfort and connection. The living room offers cozy seating, a queen sleeper sofa, and a large 60” Smart TV ready for your favorite streaming apps. The fully equipped kitchen makes mornings easy and shared meals enjoyable.

Both bedrooms feature comfortable king beds and Smart TVs. The primary bedroom includes a private ensuite bath, while the second bedroom has convenient access to a full hallway bathroom. A washer and dryer are also available in the unit for added ease during your stay.

Parking: A $20/day parking pass is available by request. Please contact our concierge at least 24 hours before arrival with your name, suite number, vehicle details, and dates needed. Your pass will be waiting in the unit. Please park only in designated spaces and display your pass to avoid towing or booting.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
